Question 1

What areas does PKA Plumbing serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Riverside and serve every city within about 20 miles of our shop — Riverside, Jurupa Valley, Norco, Corona, Eastvale, Moreno Valley, Perris, Fontana, Rialto, Colton, San Bernardino, Loma Linda, Redlands, Highland, Grand Terrace, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Upland, Montclair, Chino, Chino Hills, Pomona, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Temescal Valley and Mead Valley. If you're not sure whether we cover your address, call or text (951) 333-7410 and ask.

Question 2

Do you charge for estimates?

Accepted Answer

No. Estimates are free. Tell us what's going on, we'll take a look, and you'll get a clear price before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice.

Question 3

What plumbing services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

General plumbing, water leak repair, pipe repair and replacement, faucet and sink installation and repair, toilet repair, drain unclogging, water heater repair, plumbing system installation and maintenance, and residential and commercial repairs. If you need something that isn't on the list, just ask — we can usually help or point you to someone who can.

Question 4

Do you work on commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Along with homes and rental properties, we handle plumbing repairs for restaurants, shops, offices and other light commercial spaces, and we can schedule around your business hours to limit downtime.

Question 5

I have a leak right now. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Turn off the water at the fixture's shut-off valve, or at the main valve near the street or where the water line enters the house, then call or text (951) 333-7410. We'll tell you what to do next and get to you as soon as we can.

Question 6

Should I repair or replace my water heater?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the age of the unit and what has failed. A thermostat, element, thermocouple or valve on a younger heater is usually worth repairing. A tank that's leaking, or a heater past 10–12 years with repeated problems, is usually better replaced. We'll give you an honest recommendation either way.

Question 7

What are your business hours?

Accepted Answer

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We're closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Question 8

How do I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

Call or text (951) 333-7410, email PKAplumbing@yahoo.com, or send us a request through the form on this website. Most of our work comes from customer recommendations, so if a neighbor sent you, tell us — we appreciate it.
